Angela International S.R.L. becomes a personal data controller in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The categories of personal data of data subjects subject to processing are:

• data with a general identification function (name, surname, pseudonym, date and place of birth, country of origin, nationality, nationality, residence, domicile and / or correspondence, if applicable, data on occupation and income and personal data of a special character or having an identification function of general applicability:

Refusing an order

When refusing an order you will be notified by email of the reason for the refusal.

We may decline an order if:

• we do not have the ordered product in stock;
• your payment has not been completed in case of payment by card or bank transfer;
• there was an error related to the price or description of the product;
• you are not eligible to place an order (you have placed orders in the past that you have not picked up, etc …).

Warranty conditions

All Slipper products have a warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty is resolved by repairing or replacing the defective product. The payment of the transport for the products sent in order to solve the guarantee is the responsibility of the client.

The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992. For products with a warranty, it is necessary to present the defective product in the original packaging, together with the related accessories and copies of the fiscal invoice and the warranty certificate. If the products become unaccompanied by these documents, the products can be returned to the applicant / shipper without the warranty being resolved.

Products that have physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, tears, products used in inappropriate conditions (other than those recommended on the labels / maintenance leaflets) are not subject to the warranty.
